The BioMat is a therapeutic device that harnesses the power of far-infrared heat, negative ions, and amethyst crystals. The Biomat converts electricity through a computerized control panel to provide a deeply rejuvenating experience. For this healing modality, a member of our dedicated staff will get you set up in a private room. We place sound therapy under the pillow and tuck you in comfortably on a massage table. We then place a variety of healing crystals - all cleansed, charged, and ready to work - along your chakra energy points. Under the table, you may notice a collection of additional crystal friends working on the backside of the body as well. We will get your lighting preferences, start the aromatherapy diffuser, and encourage you to focus on productive healing mantras like, "I am healthy", "I am healing", "I am balanced", to enhance the effects of the crystals. From there, relax, take a nap, enjoy taking the time for yourself. Self-care is pivotal in improving quality of life and is imperative for achieving and maintaining a state of well-being! 

You stay dressed and lay on the mat. We will turn the music up and tuck you in for a good rest. You can use your time to meditate, contemplate or even just sleep.

he heat from the mat is adjustable and can be changed throughout your session, or can be turned off completely if you want to experience the healing effect of negative ion therapy alone without heat.

As you lie on the mat, you will feel the warmth penetrate your muscles as your body and mind relax. While you are on the BioMat, you can listen to one of a number of guided meditations. One session lasts 30 minutes.
